Our main idea was to design simple interiors that will best expose the amazing view of the city. White and light gray colors gave this space lightness and clarity and created perfect background for many wall decorations, paintings and souvenirs the owners wanted to be part of their home.

The most eye-catching element of the apartment are the sumptuous steel stairs. Stairways lead to the night part of the house where the bedrooms are located. All bedrooms have their private bathrooms. From the upper level one enjoys a view of the living room and the giant lampshade installation.

On the lower daily part of the apartment you find an open living space with kitchen, dining and seating area, so as a library, which can also be used as a guest room.

The apartment is equipped with smart home KNX / BNP installations that help control music, air conditioning, heating, lighting, blinds so as humidity.

Each room is separated by high, flush-mounted doors without lintels that make the whole interior look much higher. Thanks to duct heaters no window or wall is hidden by conventional units.
