NURSING HOME

We designed a modern minimalistic space that will truly serve the needs of its residents :
elderly and disabled individuals.  

The building features 70 luxury bedrooms, medical center, SPA & Wellness zone,
rehabilitation area, sports center, restaurant, library and movie room. 

This monolithic block was divided into three spaces: public, private and wellness.
Each of them with its unique, distinctive facade. 

The public space was located in the central part of the building in-between the private zones.
This allowed us to reduce the distance from apartments to the central community area. 
The Wellness space was designed below the ground level.
